Under no circumstances do we accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility. Because vapes and e-liquids are categorized as personal use and hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot restock or resell any item that has been dispatched.
- Do not attempt to ship items back to our Mumbai fulfillment centers, as they will be rejected and destroyed without compensation.
2. No Refunds or Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and processed, no refunds will be issued.
